Everything is fine as I have purchased and used American Tourister suitcases in the past. I should have purchased from Flipkart instead of trusting Amazon. I purchased this suitcase for my dad as I wanted him to travel with a new suitcase. However, while packing his suitcase he saw that the inside zipper was not working. The zipper was defective from the beginning only. He had to travel soon so we couldn’t get it replaced by Amazon. Later we have to get it replaced but for the time being he has to keep his stuff unzipped and without any fasteners to keep them from falling or unorganised. What an inconvenience for someone planning to travel ! I think the seller is selling defective goods on discounts. Since, April I’m getting cheated on Amazon on skincare, haircare products and also household items. I’m a prime member since 2015 but I think I’ll quit using Amazon if they continue allowing such fraudulent activities. - 27 people found this helpful
